Professional Facilitators are absolutely essential for the effective facilitation of training. As well as possessing extensive experience gained through employment in government and commerce, our facilitators are certified Workplace Trainers and Assessors (minimum of Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training) and hold appropriate tertiary qualifications. Consistent with National Learning Centre's commitment to providing high quality, professional training, we employ only those facilitators who meet the following criteria:
· Qualified teachers or trainers (holding an appropriate degree - eg Bachelor of Education and/or Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training)
· A minimum of three years teaching and/or training experience and thoroughly conversant with Competency Based Training (CBT) and the principles of adult learning.
· A minimum of one year industry training experience (both on- and off-the-job)
· An awareness of and commitment to the implementation of equal opportunity and bias free training
